Is my customer information safe? Encrypted? Yes, it is. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to protect your information. We also

If I order today, when can I expect to receive my order? All Internet orders are shipped once they are credit-verified. Once credit approval
has been obtained your order will ship via the method you selected. Most orders
take 2-3 days.
Why should I open a "member's" online account? Opening a member's account with Doctor-Ink online gives you several advantages. All of your bill to information, printer & cartridge information, order history will be saved (remembered) for your next visit.
Can I ship to a different address than the address on my credit card? If your shipping address is different from your billing address, Doctor-Ink requires
that your "bill to" address is the same as your credit card mailing address. You can contact your credit card company by calling the
1-800 number on the back of your credit card. Doctor-Ink requires this in order to
protect our customers from credit card fraud.
How can I calculate shipping costs and tax? We have a flat $2.98 shipping cost on all inkjet cartridge orders and all orders over $49.00 for inkjet, $99.00 for toner orders are shipped free. We
collect sales tax for the state of South Carolina only. All orders outside of South Carolina
are not subject to state tax.
